Channel Manager

Responsibilities

  • Solicit new business through various channels and achieve Company’s sales target
  • Introduce and explain suitable insurance and wealth management products to customers
  • Provide professional service and prompt assistance to distributors, product providers, policyholders and potential clients timely, precisely and tactfully
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer concerns
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues
  • Perform duties in accordingly with operational guidelines procedures
  • Occasionally serve customers on weekends and outside of office hours
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplines (Welcome IANG graduates)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, Detail-minded and ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
  • Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • HKID card holder is required
